L’alloggio

Fresh in summer and warm in winter, the apartment is located in a silent area, with a lovely garden furnished with 4 reclining chairs and a beautiful white table where to sit in relax during meals or reading a book. Near the apartment you may find a bakery, a pharmacy and a supermarket in the first 100 meters; here you may also find a take-away pizza and a lot of restaurants where you can taste a good plate of fresh fish and typical dishes, together with markets, bars and posh boutiques. Inside the apartment you may find everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, kettler, egg cooker, toaster, iron, radio, 40-inch TV, hair dryer, blankets, towels and complimentary bathroom set.

The apartment is also provided with coin-operated washing machine. For those who love hiking, my house is a good starting point for easy hikes in the green hill surrounding Santa Margherita or through the beautiful Monte di Portofino; for those who love sports it could be possible to dive thanks to the plenty of diving centers situated in the surroundings or to sail. It could be even possible to play tennis or golf in the well-known golf club of Rapallo.

Once arrived in town you can forget about your car and discover “Santa” by bike or take the ferry boat to reach Rapallo or Camogli, and have a pleasant walk to Portofino. In conclusion, the chances to have a relaxing and pleasant vacation are plenty and we are willing to be helpful and assist you during your stay.  

Guest access

You can access the whole house through the main entrance, which is by the garden. There’s no private parking but it’s easy to find one in the surroundings. You can bring your four-legged friends if you by communicating it in advance, but please, don’t allow them to jump up on the beds, armchairs and sofa; I can provide you food bowls, doghouse or a pillow.

Communication with guests

I am at your disposal via mobile phone in a rush in case you need; I can give you tips and advices in order to appreciate our land at its best.

In addition, I prepared a leaflet with the instructions of the household appliance: please try not to activate all of them at the same time.  

I can help you renting bikes or scooters.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood of “Corte” is a place where you can breath the ancient and typical “Santa” atmosphere; its proximity to the docks that you may reach just crossing the road, makes this place really unique.. In few minutes you can reach the seaside or go to the supermarket, and find the bar with the atmosphere you are looking for in order to spend your nighttime happily.

Taking a walk in the surroundings

The bus stop is 5 minutes away; near the bus stop next to the seaside, you can find the landing stage, and the railway station is 20 minutes on foot away from the apartment.

More highlights

• The total cost for cleaning is € 60,00;
• Check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:30;
• Check-out must be within 10:00 o’ clock;
• A deposit of € 200,00 is required, as guarantee for damages; it will be refunded at the end of your stay.
• Animals are allowed but it may be asked a surcharge.
• From 04/01/2018 it will be applied a City tax of €1,50 per person a day for a maximum of 10 days. Kids from 0 to 14 are not included.

House rules

• Smoking is forbidden
• It’s not allowed to have parties/events
• Check-in hours: 15:00 – 18:00.
• Check-out time is within 10:00 o’ clock.
• Please kindly leave the house as you have found it; do not lean the luggage on the cabinets; please take care of the parquet pavement; smoke is forbidden inside the house. After midnight please try not to make too much noise: be respectful to your neighbours.

Cancellation policy

In order to have a whole refund, kindly remember to cancel your booking 7 days before the date of arrival. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the date of arrival you will receive 50% of refund, while the management costs will be completely refunded.
